accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site and to practice with us, whatever their ability.
Our commitment
SOL Yoga is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, and we work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a single clear heading order on every page
- A skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen reader users
- Visible focus outlines on every interactive element
- Text and background colour combinations tested for contrast
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Tap targets sized for comfortable use on a phone
- Reduced-motion support - if your device requests less motion, our animations and the hero video stand down
- Forms and controls labelled for assistive technology
Third party content
Our class schedule and checkout are provided by MindBody. While we choose our partners carefully, we do not control the accessibility of software hosted by others. If you hit a barrier booking a class, call us and we will book you in over the phone.
In the studio
If you have an injury, a mobility consideration, or anything you would like your teacher to know before class, tell the front desk or email us ahead. Our instructors are used to offering modifications and nobody will make it a thing.
Tell us about a problem
If you encounter something on this site you cannot use, we want to hear about it and we will fix it. Email hello@solyogaflorida.com with the page and what went wrong, or call Sunset Harbour on 786-755-2608 or Fort Lauderdale on 954-368-3882.
